Introduction to basic notions on cartography and
topography. Instruments and methods on classic
topography and GPS positioning.

geodesy. Projection systems. Systems of
coordenates, datums and coordenate conversion.
Contour curves. National cartographical base.
Types of charts. Instruments and methods in
topography. Notions of positioning systems by
satelite (GPS). |

Topographical
charts; coordenate systems; Detailed
topographical surveys; Using the GPS. |
